The Problem With Agency Ticketing
What is your ticketing platform actually costing you?
Every client ticket sale cuts into your project margin
Every time an attendee buys a ticket to your client's gala, product launch, or awards dinner, a percentage of the profits is deducted. Commission-based platforms charge 3–8% per ticket plus a payment processing fee. Your profit margin suffers.
Rebuilding from scratch for every client, every event
Your team puts in time and effort to recreate registration forms and redesign ticket templates for every client and every event. Platforms designed for single organizers give you no way to copy event details across clients or to reuse ticket designs.
Your client's event page looks like someone else's product
Your client's brand identity gets buried under generic ticketing URLs and the platform's logo. That's the experience marketplace platforms deliver by default because they were built to promote their marketplace, not your client's event.

Collecting money was difficult since payment options weren't supported here in Türkiye. The Ticket Validator app gave us proper ticket evaluation for around 250 tickets. The system saved us days and days of effort, and we'll definitely use it for International Day 2027!

Frequently asked questions
Key questions agencies ask about white label event ticketing
One Ticket Generator account supports unlimited events across unlimited clients. Each event has its own coordinator access, guest data, and analytics. You can even copy a previous client's event details and ticket design to launch a new one in minutes without rebuilding from scratch.
Credits are purchased in packs and never expire; they carry forward indefinitely, so there is no pressure to use them within a billing cycle. The predictable credits-based price makes it straightforward to pass the cost as a line item in a client brief.
Ticket Generator is ISO 27001:2022 certified, GDPR-compliant, and SOC 2 aligned — certifications that satisfy enterprise vendor procurement requirements. Every ticket carries a unique QR Code and Ticket ID. Payments go directly to your client's connected account; Ticket Generator never holds funds.
Ticket Generator supports multiple ticket categories within a single event, each with its own price, limits, and access rules. Set one category as free, another as paid with a fixed price, and a third as invite-only, distributed under the same event. Payments on paid categories go directly to your connected Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay account. Free and direct-distribution categories generate no payment flow and use one credit per ticket regardless of ticket price.
Attendee registration data belongs to the organizer of the event, not Ticket Generator. You can export all registration data, scan logs, and analytics as Excel or PDF before, during, or after the event. Ticket Generator does not sell attendee data to third parties. If a client relationship ends, export their event data before closing or reassigning the event. Data is stored securely under ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR guidelines, and only the account holder can access it.
Event pages, ticket designs, registration forms, and email campaigns can be written in any language. Ticket Generator does not restrict content language. Custom fields, ticket category names, and all attendee-facing components of the event are set by the event organizer, so a French-language gala page, an Arabic registration form, or a Spanish ticket template is built the same way as an English one.
